The FCC unit generally consists of 8 processing equipment and 6 auxiliary equipment.These equipments are numbered in the technical drawing.

Process Operation and Capacity Information
In the first stage of the process, VGO, HGO and Sludge are sent to the Swift Evaporator Tank (2). Here, the product is heated in the Swift evaporator with the shaking pump and this process is supported by the shaking pump. The product evaporates when it reaches sufficient heat dynamics. Steam is sent to the reactor and raw material is drawn into the system as much as the evaporated product. This system works systematically with fully automatic level indicators, heat indicators.
While the evaporated product is sent to the reactor, it mixes with the catalyst from the regenerator and the three points of the system are in the reactor, the steam leaves the reactor upstream and the catalyst is sent back to the regenerator by special cyclones. In the regenerator, the coke adhering to the catalyst is burned and the catalyst is cleaned and the system works cyclically.
The catalyst moves around the reactor and regenerator circuits at very high speeds in seconds, with 7 tons of catalyst per hour constantly in motion.The heat generated in the regenerator by burning the coke in the catalyst provides most of the heat required for the separation reactions taking place in the reactor and the heat balance between the unit, reactor and regenerator is always kept constant automatically. Coke burned through the catalyst in the regenerator creates a mixture of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide plus some SOx.
The product vapor sent from the reactor at the final treatment stage is separated into its fractions in the distillation column and final products are obtained.

Production, Planning, Supply and Price
All technical drawings and design of the project will belong to our company, but as a result of mutual agreement, certain parts of the process will be manufactured by us. Other equipment will be produced by the customer.

All control equipment and gate valves will be supplied in European standards. Welding and material tests will be carried out in the manufacturing group and will be included in the project file.

The system control is designed to operate as full automation. Working software between Swift evaporator, reganator and reactor will be prepared by our company and the electrical panel will be integrated into the other system.
